Watermelon Rind Paratha
this is simple recipe and easy dish. in this recipe rind is used as main and it give water to make dough . its good to taste

- 1 cup Wheat
- 2 slice Watermelon rind
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Salt as per taste
- Oil as required
Grated watermelon rind and keep aside.
in bowl add wheat and grated rind and chili powder nad garam masala and salt mix it roughly.
Its leave water and then add some water and make dough
Take small ball size and roll it and keep aside
Heat the tawa and place it . cook both side. and keep aside
Now its ready to serve with pickle or curd
