- Grated watermelon rind and keep aside.
- in bowl add wheat and grated rind and chili powder nad garam masala and salt mix it roughly.
- Take small ball size and roll it and keep aside
- Heat the tawa and place it . cook both side. and keep aside
- Now its ready to serve with pickle or curd
