In pan add 1 tsp oil and fry all onion, tomato and and cashew nut and saute well and allow to cool
Grind the mixture and blend smooth paste and keep aside.
In pan Add butter and add onion ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute well.
Then add that grind mixture and mix it well and cook for 2 mins mushroom soft.
Add mushroom and fry for 5 more mins to mushroom soft.
In cup add milk and add all powder and mix it well without lumps
Now add to the masala and stir it well
Now add some more butter to get gravy rich in taste.
Add also add sauce and cook for minute and add kasuri methi
Last stage add paneer as you like by frying or non frying.
turn off and add cream and serve it. now its ready Paneer Mushroom Butter Masala.
