Paneer Mushroom Butter Masala

this is combine combination of paneer and Mushroom . we usually try only panner butter masala but its differnt to taste both this masala.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Paneer
  • 200 gm Mushroom
  • 2 Onions
  • 5 Tomato
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 5 Cashew nut
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 tblsp Tomato chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream

Instructions
 

  • In pan add 1 tsp oil and fry all onion, tomato and and cashew nut and saute well and allow to cool
  • Grind the mixture and blend smooth paste and keep aside.
  • In pan Add butter and add onion ginger garlic paste and chopped onions and saute well.
  • Then add that grind mixture and mix it well and cook for 2 mins mushroom soft.
  • Add mushroom and fry for 5 more mins to mushroom soft.
  • In cup add milk and add all powder and mix it well without lumps
  • Now add to the masala and stir it well
  • Now add some more butter to get gravy rich in taste.
  • Add also add sauce and cook for minute and add kasuri methi
  • Last stage add paneer as you like by frying or non frying.
  • turn off and add cream and serve it. now its ready Paneer Mushroom Butter Masala.
