this is combine combination of paneer and Mushroom . we usually try only panner butter masala but its differnt to taste both this masala.

- Paneer - 200 gm
- Mushroom - 200 gm
- Onions - 2
- Tomato - 5
- Butter - 50 gm
- Cashew nut - 5
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Salt : as per taste -
- Tomato chili sauce - 2 tblsp
- Fresh cream - 1/4 cup

- Grind the mixture and blend smooth paste and keep aside.
- Then add that grind mixture and mix it well and cook for 2 mins mushroom soft.
- In cup add milk and add all powder and mix it well without lumps
- Now add to the masala and stir it well
- Now add some more butter to get gravy rich in taste.
- Add also add sauce and cook for minute and add kasuri methi
- Last stage add paneer as you like by frying or non frying.
