6 Egg 1/2 Coconut 3 Dry chili 5 Garlic 1 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Salt 5 tblsp Oil
Boil the eggs and cut half and keep aside
Grind all ingredients in mixie smooth paste
In pan add 3 tblsp oil and add that paste and cook for ten mins
When that masala cook and well and oil floating onthe masala add egg.
Then cook for 5 min and add oil if you needed and apply mixture in excess side
Now turn the next portion and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
Now its ready. its to good well goes to curd rice and Shambar rice
