Egg Pepper Fry

If you have eggs at home, this is one of the flavorful luscious recipes that you can make for a quick lunch. This is an Easy, spicy egg pepper fry made with simple ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Egg
  • 1/2 Coconut
  • 3 Dry chili
  • 5 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 5 tblsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Boil the eggs and cut half and keep aside
  • Grind all ingredients in mixie smooth paste
  • In pan add 3 tblsp oil and add that paste and cook for ten mins
  • When that masala cook and well and oil floating onthe masala add egg.
  • Then cook for 5 min and add oil if you needed and apply mixture in excess side
  • Now turn the next portion and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
  • Now its ready. its to good well goes to curd rice and Shambar rice
