Varagu Rice Veg Pulav
Varagu is one of the millets. This is very good for health and this make us strong and healthier . we can do more recipes in this millets.

- 250 gm Varagu rice
- 2 Carrot
- 100 gm Beans
- 50 gm Peas
- 1 Onion
- 1 tblsp Ginger garlic crushed
- 2 Green chili
- Mint and coriander small hand
- Salt as need
- 2 tblsp Oil/ ghee
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cardamom
Soak varagu rice for 30 mins
In pressure pan add oil/ ghee and temper whole garam masala
Add onions and green chili sauté well
Add crushed ginger garlic and mint , coriander leaves and saute well.
Add all vegetables and cook for 5 mins in medium flame
Add water 1:2 and make water to boil and put rice in pan
Mix well and close lid and cook for 10 min and when two whistles comes turn off
Now its ready to serve Varagu rice pulav
