Varagu Rice Veg Pulav
Varagu is one of the millets. This is very good for health and this make us strong and healthier . we can do more recipes in this millets.

- 250 gm Varagu rice
- 2 Carrot
- 100 gm Beans
- 50 gm Peas
- 1 Onion
- 1 tblsp Ginger garlic crushed
- 2 Green chili
- Mint and coriander small hand
- Salt as need
- 2 tblsp Oil/ ghee
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 cloves
- 1 cinnamon
- 2 cardamom
- Soak varagu rice  for 30 mins 
- In pressure pan add oil/ ghee and temper whole garam masala 
- Add onions and green chili sauté well 
- Add crushed ginger garlic and mint , coriander leaves and  saute well. 
- Add all vegetables and cook for 5 mins in medium flame 
- Add water 1:2 and make water to boil and put rice in pan 
- Mix well and close lid and cook for 10 min and when two whistles comes turn off 
- Now its ready to serve Varagu rice pulav
