Basmati rice

Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon
FOR MARINATION.

Coriander leaves.
Salt to taste
Instructions
Marinate the cleaned chicken with all the ingredients along with salt and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Half boil the rice with required water, salt, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon for flavouring the rice. Strain the rice and keep it aside.
Place the cooked rice in a steamer and the chicken on the top of the rice .Cook it for 25 minutes.
Enjoy this Mandi chicken in its authentic way.
Notes
This is a very mild dish, not spicy at all.
