Thiruvadhirai Kali
This recipe we will do during our thiruvadirai kombu . this recipe only we served as neivedhiyam.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Idly rice
- 1 ½ Jaggerry
- ½ cup Coconut chopped
- ¼ cup Moong dal
- ¼ cup Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Soak rice and grind as thin batter and make jaggerry syrup and keep aside and boil the moong dal
In big vessels add water and bring to boil and add rice batter. And cook for 10 min in medium flame.
Add and mix evenly the moong dal and chopped coconut
Now add jaggerry and mix well and add ghee and combine all together.
Now add cardamom powder and mix it well and cook in low flame for 5 mins and serve it hot or cold.thiruvathirai kali is ready.
