Instructions
- Soak rice and grind as thin batter and make jaggerry syrup and keep aside and boil the moong dal
- In big vessels add water and bring to boil and add rice batter. And cook for 10 min in medium flame.
- Add and mix evenly the moong dal and chopped coconut
- Now add jaggerry and mix well and add ghee and combine all together.
- Now add cardamom powder and mix it well and cook in low flame for 5 mins and serve it hot or cold.thiruvathirai kali is ready.
