This Is Quite Common Recipes. But It Give Different Taste Whenever We Prepare Appam We Also Do This Egg Appam . This Best Combination For Non Veg Salna Or Paaya

Ingredients
  

Ingredients:

  • 250 gm Raw rice
  • 150 gm Boiled rice
  • 100 gm Urad dal
  • 50 gm Coconut
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp Soda Salt
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Soak all rice and dal for 4 hour and grind and ferment for 8 to 10 hours
  • In Bowl add beaten egg and fennel seed
  • Add coconut milk and grated coconut and salt mix well
  • Add this mixture to that batter and mix well and keep aside for ten mins
  • Heat Appam pan add oil and pour batter
  • Spread all over and rotate well and and some more oil and close lid
  • Remove slowly from pan and keep aside and do all other batter as like
  • Serve with coconut milk and non veg salna or any other gravy
