Schezwan Egg Noddles

This is a quick and easy recipe. with help of schezwan sauce we can do many Recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Noodles
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetable chopped, carrot, cabbage, beans,capsicum
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 tsp Schezwan sauce
  • Salt as required
  • 2 tblsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 5 Garlic
  • 1 Dry chili

Instructions
 

  • Take Pan add oil and break eggs and make Scrambled egg and keep aside.
  • In Vessel add boiling water and salt , oil and add noodles and allow 10 min and drain water.
  • Chop all vegetables and keep aside.
  • In large pan add oil and saute garlic and dry chili
  • Add mixed vegetables and sugar , salt then cook for 10 min in low flame
  • Now add schezwan sauce and mix together well
  • Now add that scrambled egg then cook for min
  • At last add noodles and combine all together and leave for minute and turn off the flame
  • Now the Schezwan Egg Noodles is ready.
