Schezwan Fried Rice

- 1 cup Basmathi rice or Seeraga Samba Rice
- 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped, Carrot, Cabbage, capsicum, Beans
- 2 tblsp Schezwan Sauce
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tblsp Oil
- 10 no Garlic chopped
- 2 Dry chili
In pan add oil and saute dry chili and garlic
Now add mixed vegetables and allow to cook for 10 mins
Add Schezwan sauce and salt and sugar and mix well in low flame
In mean time soak rice and boil with salt and oil
Drain water and allow to cool and keep aside.
Combine both rice and vegetables and fry for few mins and turn off the flame.
Now its ready to serve yummy Schezwan fried rice.
