Schezwan Fried Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Basmathi rice or Seeraga Samba Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables chopped, Carrot, Cabbage, capsicum, Beans
  • 2 tblsp Schezwan Sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2 tblsp Oil
  • 10 no Garlic chopped
  • 2 Dry chili

Instructions
 

  • In pan add oil and saute dry chili and garlic
  • Now add mixed vegetables and allow to cook for 10 mins
  • Add Schezwan sauce and salt and sugar and mix well in low flame
  • In mean time soak rice and boil with salt and oil
  • Drain water and allow to cool and keep aside.
  • Combine both rice and vegetables and fry for few mins and turn off the flame.
  • Now its ready to serve yummy Schezwan fried rice.
