- Tender jackfruit chopped into pieces 1 cup
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Greeen chilly
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Oil
- 5 Garlic
Chopp tender jackfruit into pieces.
Cook this tender jackfruit in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.
Then mash this cooked tender jack fruit in a mixer.
Heat oil in a kadai add mustard.
When mustard splutters add mashed jackfruit to this stir for 2 minutes in low flame
Ground coconut,cumin seeds,onion and green chilly in a mixer.
Add this grind mix to chakka mix add salt and mix well.Cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
Heat oil in a kadai add mustards when it splutters add red chilly.Saute for a minute.Add this to chakka mix.
Mix all together and cook for 2 minutes .Now idichakka thoran is ready.
