Channa Balls Gravy

Channa balls gravy is my own recipes and very nice with idly dosa and chapathi. this healthy too

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Channa
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Ginger garrlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt ae per taste
  • Oil as needed
  • 1 tsp Jeera

Instructions
 

  • Soak channa and Boil and Grind with green chili
  • Chop onions and tomato
  • In pan add oil and saute channa powder and rice flour for binding purpose.
  • Allow to cool and make ball and keep aside
  • In other pan add oil and saute jeera and onions
  • Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste saute well
  • Add all powder and saute for few mins and add water
  • After water boil add channa balls and cook for few mins
  • Now its ready to serve. Garnish with coriander
