Paneermasala

It is a side dish for rice.It is very healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 nos Onion
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 5 nos Cashew
  • 2 nos Tomato
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Kasthuri methi
  • 1 tsp Pavbhaji masala
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion and tomato saute for 2 minutes.
  • Grind fried onion,tomato,cashew and coriander seeds in a mixer.
  • Add this ground mix to tomato mix add chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add paneer pieces to this and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add milk to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add pavbhaji masala to this and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Add kasthuri methi to this and add little water and boil until gravy is thick.
