Ingredients
- Paneer - 1 cup
- Onion - 1 nos
- Salt - 2 tsp
- Cashew - 5 nos
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Kasthuri methi - 2 tsp
- Pavbhaji masala - 1 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai add cumin seeds,onion and tomato saute for 2 minutes.
- Grind fried onion,tomato,cashew and coriander seeds in a mixer.
- Add this ground mix to tomato mix add chilli powder and turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer pieces to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add milk to this and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add pavbhaji masala to this and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add kasthuri methi to this and add little water and boil until gravy is thick.
