Cover and cook the grated cauliflower with Turmeric powder and salt. ( Sprinkle little water if needed ) Stir occasionally till all the water drains and become dry.
Grind the grated Coconut with Cumin seeds, garlic, green chilly. Add this ground coconut into the cauliflower and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan, splutter Mustard seeds and add dried red chillies, chopped small onions, curry leaves. Pour this over the Thoran and close it.
