Bottle Gourd Dosa

Bottle gourd is good for health. many Diabetes eat reguarly. this is different recipes to them.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Raw rice
  • 1 cup Boiled Rice
  • 1/2 cup Urad dal
  • 4 cups Bottle Gourd
  • Curry leaves and coriander leaves small amount
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera
  • 3 Red chili
  • Salt as needed
  • oil as needed

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice and dal separate for 4 hours
  • In grinder add one by one rice and dal
  • Add red chili and bottle gourd in grinder and grind coarsely
  • Transfer to bowl and add salt and curry and coriander leaves and jeera
  • Allow to 2 hour fermentation and make dosa in tawa . cook both side with oil
  • Now its ready to serve with chutney. serve hot
