Bottle Gourd Dosa
Bottle gourd is good for health. many Diabetes eat reguarly. this is different recipes to them.

- 1 cup Raw rice
- 1 cup Boiled Rice
- 1/2 cup Urad dal
- 4 cups Bottle Gourd
- Curry leaves and coriander leaves small amount
- 1/2 tsp Jeera
- 3 Red chili
- Salt as needed
- oil as needed
Soak rice and dal separate for 4 hours
In grinder add one by one rice and dal
Add red chili and bottle gourd in grinder and grind coarsely
Transfer to bowl and add salt and curry and coriander leaves and jeera
Allow to 2 hour fermentation and make dosa in tawa . cook both side with oil
Now its ready to serve with chutney. serve hot
