Chicken Vepudu
Chicken Vepudu, Also called as kodi vepudu is a hot and spicy guntur style chicken made with fresh ground masala. It makes a detectable combination with hot boiled rice.

To marinate 1/2 kg Chicken 2 large Onion 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Red chili powder Salt as needed 1/2 Lime 1 tsp Garam masala To make garam masala: 2 tsp Coriander seed 8 cloves 2 cinnamon 4 cardamom 1 tsp fennel 1 tsp jeera 1/4 cup chopped onions 2 chopped green chili coriander small 2 tsp cashew nuts powder 2 tbsp Oil
Grind all Spices in garam masala table and cashew nut also
marinate all required items along with chicken and keep aside for 30 mins
In pan add oil and saute onions green chili and curry leaves
Add grounded cashew nuts and saute for few min till golden colour appears.
Add marinated chicken and cook for 20 min in medium flame. when ever required stir.
After 20 mins add another tsp of cashew powder and mix well and cook for few mins
Add ghee in last stage and switch off the flame.
Now garnish with coriander leaves . its ready. yummy chicken vepudu is ready.
