Instructions
- Grind all Spices in garam masala table and cashew nut also
- marinate all required items along with chicken and keep aside for 30 mins
- In pan add oil and saute onions green chili and curry leaves
- Add grounded cashew nuts and saute for few min till golden colour appears.
- Add marinated chicken and cook for 20 min in medium flame. when ever required stir.
- After 20 mins add another tsp of cashew powder and mix well and cook for few mins
- Add ghee in last stage and switch off the flame.
- Now garnish with coriander leaves . its ready. yummy chicken vepudu is ready.
