Soak channa dal for 2 hours and drain water
Grind item which given in the table
Add Channa dal coarsely in blender.
Add salt and mix well and change to other bowl
Take small amount and shallow fry the vada in pan
Take all ingredients ready
In big pan add oil and season whole spices
Allow all vada to cool and broke into small pieces
Add onions green chili and curry leaves and ginger garlic
Add tomato and all powder and mix well . cook up to raw smell goes
Add that broken vada and mix well and add water and cook to thick gravy
Vada curry is ready. serve with dosa or chapatti.
