Beef Keema Fry

it is special recipe with beef its crunchy and crispy

Ingredients
  

  • beef 1/2 kg
  • onion 1
  • ginger 8 cloves
  • garlic 2 inch piece
  • red chilly powder 3 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • garam masala 2 tsp
  • cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • salt as needed
  • oil to deep fry

Instructions
 

  • first we have to cook beef using all the ingredients except onion.
  • then allow it to get cool,then mince the beef using a mixer or grinder
  • then heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot pour the beef mixture to it and allow to get deep fry .
  • when it gets slightly fried add onion to it and sauté it well.
  • when it gets fried nicely , off the flame and serve hot

Notes

its really tasty and crunchy fry and its good with biryani rice and also with chapathi and rottis
