Ingredients

beef 1/2 kg
onion 1
ginger 8 cloves
garlic 2 inch piece
red chilly powder 3 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 2 tsp
garam masala 2 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
salt as needed
oil to deep fry

Instructions

first we have to cook beef using all the ingredients except onion.
then allow it to get cool,then mince the beef using a mixer or grinder
then heat a pan add oil in it and when it gets hot pour the beef mixture to it and allow to get deep fry .
when it gets slightly fried add onion to it and sauté it well.
when it gets fried nicely , off the flame and serve hot
