Roast all ingerdients one by one in same pan with some oil
Allow to cool for few mins and grind paste
Make paste of tomato and green chili and keep aside
Boiled hard eggs and slit into side add to pan with oil
Add turmeric red chili powder and salt and fry for few min to coat all in egg
In same pan add more oil and temper all seasonings
Add onions and saute and add ginger and garlic paste
Add tomato paste and fry for 5 mins
Add Grind paste mix well and cook for few mins and add water to cook all masala well.
Now add eggs and coriander leaves and swtich off the flame
Now spicy chettinad egg masala ready..
