Ingredients
- Egg - 3
- Onions - 1 large
- Tomato - 2 medium
- Green chili - 1
- Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tblsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Oil(ad needed) -
- Mustard seed - 1/4 tsp
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Dry chili - 1
- Curry leaves(small) -

Instructions
- Roast all ingerdients one by one in same pan with some oil
- Allow to cool for few mins and grind paste
- Make paste of tomato and green chili and keep aside
- Boiled hard eggs and slit into side add to pan with oil
- In same pan add more oil and temper all seasonings
- Add tomato paste and fry for 5 mins
- Add Grind paste mix well and cook for few mins and add water to cook all masala well.
- Now add eggs and coriander leaves and swtich off the flame
- Now spicy chettinad egg masala ready..
