Aloo Gopi Manchurian

this recipe is common. but it different with other manchurian. because it also combine with aloo, usually we prepare gopi manchurian or other veg but in this i add few chilli powder . so it gives different taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Potato
  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 4 tblsp Maida
  • 4 tblsp Cornflour
  • 2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 bunch Spring Onions
  • 15 nos Garlic
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
  • Salt as needed
  • Oil needed

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cauliflower and clean and wash with warm water and keep aside
  • Take potato peel and cut like cube .
  • In bowl add 2 tblsp of maida and cornflour ,salt , red chili power
  • Like wise add same procedure for potato and fry in the oil. and keep aside
  • In pan heat oil and add garlic and saute.
  • Then add onions and capsicum and stir it.
  • Add Red chili powder , salt and paprika mix it well.
  • Now add soya sauce and tomato sauce mix it well and add some water too.
  • Put all vegetables aloo and gopi mix it well.
  • Now yummy Aloo and Gopi Manchurian is ready..
