Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm Choora meen
  • Ginger sliced
  • 25 nos Garlic
  • 3 nos Green chilli
  • 10 nos Small onion
  • 1/2 part Grated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Chilly powder
  • 1 tbsp Corriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt for taste
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3-4 pieces Kodampuli
  • Curry leaves

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Choora Meen Curry, first make a smooth paste of grated coconut, chilli powder, Corriander powder, Turmeric powder adding required amount of water.
  • Take a kadai, heat oil and add chopped Ginger, garlic, half of small onion, green chillies. To this add the coconut paste, tamarind, salt and fish and required amount of water and keep it in Flame and boil the same in medium flame till oil separates.
  • Cook until done.
  • Then heat oil in another pan and add small onion and curry leaves. Fry till the onion changes to brown color.
  • Add the same to the kadai and remove from fire. Choora meen curry is ready.
