Siru Keerai Coconut Poriyal
A tasty and healthy green leaves curry with the grated coconut. It goes well with rice.

- 1 cup Siru keerai
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cup Cocconut grated
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 chopped Onion
- 2 Red chilli
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oil
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds.When mustard splutters add red chilli and urad dal and stir for 2 minutes.
In a drainer wash and clean siru keera
Grind grated coconut,cumin seeds,onion and chilli powder in a mixer.
Add this ground mix to siru keerai and mix well together.
Then add this siru keerai mix and salt to kadai.Stir all together properlyfor 5 minutes until it is cooked well.
Now siru keerai poriyal is ready to serve.
