In a kadai fry coriander seeds and red chilli for 2 minutes.
Then grind it with a mixer .
Heat a kadai add butter, garlic flakes and onion saute for 2 minutes.
Add salt , onions and ground mix stir for 2 minutes .
Add chilli powder,coriander powder ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
Add tomato puree and garam masala to this and stir for 2 minutes.
Add capsicm and stir for a while.
Add 1 cup water to this and add turmeric powder also.
Add chopped paneer to this and mix.
Add kasthuri methi and salt to this gravy and mix all together.
Add coriander leaves also then boil for 5 minutes.
Add little cream also and boil until gravy is thick.
Now restaurant style paneer kadai is ready.
