Restaurant Style Paneer Kadai

It is a tasty curry for roty,chappathi,nan and rice.It is the most easy and simplest recipe made from paneer.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 2 Red chilli
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Kasthuri methi
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree

Instructions
 

  • In a kadai fry coriander seeds and red chilli for 2 minutes.
  • Then grind it with a mixer .
  • Heat a kadai add butter, garlic flakes and onion saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt , onions and ground mix stir for 2 minutes .
  • Add chilli powder,coriander powder ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
  • Add tomato puree and garam masala to this and stir for 2 minutes.
  • Add capsicm and stir for a while.
  • Add 1 cup water to this and add turmeric powder also.
  • Add chopped paneer to this and mix.
  • Add kasthuri methi and salt to this gravy and mix all together.
  • Add coriander leaves also then boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add little cream also and boil until gravy is thick.
  • Now restaurant style paneer kadai is ready.
