Pappada Thoran
It is a tasty dish for rice.we can eat this as an accompaniment to a meal or eaten as a snack.This recipe i learned from my cousin.It has unique taste.

6 Pappadam 1/2 cup Coconut grated 6 chopped Small onions 1 tsp oil 4 Red chilli 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Chilli powder 5 Curry leaf 1 tsp Salt
Heat oil in a kadai add mustad seeds.When mustard splutters added red chilly stir for 2 minutes.
Add chopped onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add grated coconut to this and fry for some time .
Add chilli powder to this and mix all together for 2 minutes.
Add turmeric powder and salt to this mix for 2 minutes.
Fry pappadam in a usual way.
Crush this this fried pappadams and add this to coconut mix.
MIx well the whole thing.
Stir for 2 minutes and switch off the gas
Now pappada thoran is ready to serve.
