Vegetable Home Style

It Is A vegetable Curry prepared in soya sauce And pepper Powder.

Ingredients
  

  • Ingredients of Vegetable home style.
  • 1 no Brinjal
  • 1 no Potato
  • 1 no Onion
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger / Garlic paste
  • 1 no Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 - Soya sauce
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Corn flour
  • Oil as required.
  • Salt .

Instructions
 

  • First cut the vegetables in round shapes and dip into the water then drain after some time. Make a batter with 2.5tbsp cornflour, salt and water.Marinate the vegetables in the batter then fry in oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan , add chopped onion, ginger/garlic paste and green chilly. Sauté well then add pepper powder, soya sauce , sugar and salt.Mix well.
  • Add the fried vegetables ,coriander leaves into the pan and mix well.
  • Mix the cornflour with 1/2 cup water , pour over the vegetables and stir till the vegetables are coated well with the sauce.
  • Vegetable home style curry is ready.Serve hot with naan, roti or chapati.
