Chicken Tawa Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gms Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tbs Yoghurt
  • Coriander leaves
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 piece Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into long narrow pieces.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients. Keep it in fridge for 20 minutes.
  • Use toothpick for Each piece for easy handling and style also.Heat a pan with very little oil ,put the chicken and fry in low flame till it turns brown colour. (Both sides)
  • Chicken tawa fry is ready.
