Mix maida,salt,turmeric,oil and water and make a very soft dough.
Wash and boil toor dal and channa dal in a vessel for 10 minutes.
Drain the water in a strainer and keep it aside.
Take grated jaggery in a vessel and add 2 spoons of water and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour this jaggery to cooked dal .
Add grated coconut and cardamom to this
M ix all together properly.
Grind in mixer to make smooth paste.
Keep it aside.
Next take the mixed maida dough and make balls flatten each ball in your palm stuffed with 1 portion of stuffing or puran
Seal it compleatly by pulling sides to centre.
With palm press into thin polis.
Heat a tawa and place the poli and toast on bothsides until it is done
Now obottu or puran poli is ready.
