Instructions
- Wash and boil toor dal and channa dal in a vessel for 10 minutes.
- Drain the water in a strainer and keep it aside.
- Pour this jaggery to cooked dal .
- M ix all together properly.
- Grind in mixer to make smooth paste.
- Keep it aside.
- Next take the mixed maida dough and make balls flatten each ball in your palm stuffed with 1 portion of stuffing or puran
- Seal it compleatly by pulling sides to centre.
- With palm press into thin polis.
- Heat a tawa and place the poli and toast on bothsides until it is done
- Now obottu or puran poli is ready.
