Fusion Chicken Drumstick

- 4 nos Chicken drumstick
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Big cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Cooking Oil
- Salt to taste
- FOR SAUCE
- 1 no Onion
- 1 pinch Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chilly sauce red
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 pinch Sugar
Marinate the cleaned chicken drumstick with the items listed under marination
Heat oil in a pan and fry the drumstick till it become golden brown
Heat the same oil and add chopped onion, salt and pepper powder then all other items for sauce.
Add drumsticks and mix well till the drumsticks are coated with the sauce, and served in a plate
