Fusion Chicken Drumstick
Blend of Indian and Chinese style, those who like Chinese style with Indian spices
Ingredients
- 4 nos Chicken drumstick
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
- 1 tbsp Red chilly powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Big cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- Cooking Oil
- Salt to taste
- FOR SAUCE
- 1 no Onion
- 1 pinch Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Chilly sauce red
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 pinch Sugar
Instructions
- Marinate the cleaned chicken drumstick with the items listed under marination
- Add drumsticks and mix well till the drumsticks are coated with the sauce, and served in a plate
