Pumpkin Leaf Thoran
It is a traditional nadan curry prepared with pumpkin leaves. It goes well with boiled rice.

- 1 cup Pumpkin leaf
- 1/2 cup Grated coconut
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 Onion chopped
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Urad dal
- 1 tsp Salt
Heat oil in a kadai and add mustards.when it splutters add urad dal.Stir for a minute.
Chop pumpkin leaves very nicely.
Grind grated coconut,cumin seeds,onions and chilli powder and turmeric powder in a mixer..
Mix this ground mix with chopped pumpkin leaves and keep it aside.
Add this mix to kadai add salt and stir for 2 minutes.
Close the kadai with lid and cook pumpkin leaf for 5 minutes.
Now pumpkin leaf thoran is ready to serve.
