- Pumpkin leaf - 1 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/2 cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Onion(chopped) - 2
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Urad dal - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a kadai and add mustards.when it splutters add urad dal.Stir for a minute.
- Chop pumpkin leaves very nicely.
- Grind grated coconut,cumin seeds,onions and chilli powder and turmeric powder in a mixer..
- Mix this ground mix with chopped pumpkin leaves and keep it aside.
- Add this mix to kadai add salt and stir for 2 minutes.
- Close the kadai with lid and cook pumpkin leaf for 5 minutes.
- Now pumpkin leaf thoran is ready to serve.
