Peel the Nenthrakkaya (raw Bananas) and put them into the turmeric water and keep it in the turmeric water for about 10 minutes
After about 10 minutes, take the raw bananas out from the turmeric water and allowit to dry for about 5 minutes, to remove the water from the bananas
Cut the raw Bananas into four pieces as shown in below picture
Then cut them further into small and thin pieces
Heat Oil in a frying pan and put the cut pieces of Bananas into this hot oil and stir it well
Allow to fry the raw Banana pieces till it turns crispy and the colour into golden
Add one or two teaspoons of salt mixed water into this fried raw Banana pieces and stir it for 1-2 minutes more
Take out the fried chips from the frying pan and keep it in an air tight jar/tin
This chips can serve as a snack with evening coffee/tea or cool drinks etc.
