Clean and cut the Cauliflower in small pieces and keep it aside
Peel, clean and cut the Carrot also into small pieces as shown in picture
Heat Oil in a Tawa and then put the Cauliflower and Carrot pieces into it and stir it well
After about 10 minutes,add the Turmeric powder, Red Chilli powder, Coriander Powder, Aamchoor and salt into this mix and stir it well.
When the Cauliflower and Carrot are cooked well, add some Jaggery into it (as required by the user) and stir it further and allow to cook the whole mix for about 10 minutes more in low flame.
Gobi, Gaajar Katha MeethaAchhar is ready and it can be served as side dish for Porotta, Chappathi, Poori etc. Children also will like this achar very well.
