Pazham Pori

a favorite snack for tea time. Ripe bananas are dipped in a maida batter and deep fried to a golden brown color.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • Oil to deep fry
  • 3 Banana

Instructions
 

  • Mix maida, sugar, salt, baking powder, turmeric powder with water like a dosa dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the banana in pieces.
  • Dip the pieces in dough and fry it in oil.
