Soya Nuggets Roll

A tasty , Highly protien rich simple and delicious snack with soya nuggets. This roll is yummy and can be served to kids with sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Atta
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1/4 cup Cooked soya chunks
  • 1 slice Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1tsp of oil in a microwave vessel and add cooked soya nuggets and onion to this and micro wave for 2 minutes.
  • Add chilli powder to this and microwave for a minute.
  • Add oregano and tomato to this and microwave for 1 minute
  • Add cheese slice to this and micro wave 1 minute again.
  • Roll atta and make round chappathis with this.
  • Toast chapathi in a pan.
  • Fill the nuggets mixture in this and roll tightly.
  • Now soya nuggets roll is ready to serve.
