Bisebelebath
Bisibelabath is a very popular dish in Karnataka. The name Bisi bele bhaath is a phrase, which literally means Hot Lentil Rice, as in Kannada, Bisi means hot, bele means Lentils and bhaath means a dish made of rice. A tasty one.

Instructions
Pressure cook toor dal, rice, water and salt for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cook vegetables also.
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
When mustard crackles, add dry red chilly and curry leaves.
Add the red chilli powder and bisi bele bath powder.
Add cooked vegetables into kadai.
Next add cooked rice dal mix.
Next mix every thing together. Boil for two minutes.
Now bisi bele bath is ready to serve.
