Chop onions into medium pieces.
Cut tomatoes to small pieces.
Cut paneer into small pieces.
In microwave bowl, put the onions and tomatoes and 1 spoon oil and micro wave for 2 minutes.They will turn a little brown.
Grind this to a medium paste.
Heat oil in a kadai and add 1/2 tsp oil. Add ground paste, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, chilli powder andturmeric powder. Sauté for 30-40 seconds.
Add 1 spoon salt, cashew paste, milk and paneer to this kadai mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add little water, kasoori methi and 1spoon salt. Let it boil for 2 minutes until we get the desired consistency of gravy.
Now Special Paneer curry is ready to be served.
