Palak Thoran
this is good for eating with rice ,rotti,naan and rice,it is very good for health.

- 2 cup Palak
- 1 cup Coconut grated
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4 Green chilly
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 5 Curry leaves
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
First in heat oil in a kadai add 2 tsp of oil and add mustards .when mustard crackles, add palak ,salt and turmeric powder and cook f or 2 minutes.
Add half ground coconut, cumin seeds, green chilly and onions to this palak.
Mix well properly and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on a low flame.
Mix continuously for 5 minutes.Now palak thoran is ready to serve.
Serve with hot chappathi or with side dish for rice.
