Palak Thoran

this is good for eating with rice ,rotti,naan and rice,it is very good for health.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Palak
  • 1 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 4 Green chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 5 Curry leaves
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions
 

  • First in heat oil in a kadai add 2 tsp of oil and add mustards .when mustard crackles, add palak ,salt and turmeric powder and cook f or 2 minutes.
  • Add half ground coconut, cumin seeds, green chilly and onions to this palak.
  • Mix well properly and allow it to cook till it becomes dry on a low flame.
  • Mix continuously for 5 minutes.Now palak thoran is ready to serve.
  • Serve with hot chappathi or with side dish for rice.
