Brinjal Mezhukkupuratti
An authentic recipe of kerala prepared with brinjal. It can be served with rice.

- Brinjal chopped into small pieces
- onion cut into small pieces
- 4 Green chilly
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
Cut brinjal into pieces
Cut onion into pieces
Cut green chilles also.
Heat a kadai and add 2 spoon oil.
Add onions ,brinjal ,greenchillies and salt.
Put 1cup water and close the kadai with lid and boil for 15 minutes until it is cooked.
When water is fully dries up we can remove this kadai from gas.
Now brinjal mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
