Brinjal Mezhukkupuratti

An authentic recipe of kerala prepared with brinjal. It can be served with rice.

Ingredients
  

  • Brinjal chopped into small pieces
  • onion cut into small pieces
  • 4 Green chilly
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut brinjal into pieces
  • Cut onion into pieces
  • Cut green chilles also.
  • Heat a kadai and add 2 spoon oil.
  • Add onions ,brinjal ,greenchillies and salt.
  • Put 1cup water and close the kadai with lid and boil for 15 minutes until it is cooked.
  • When water is fully dries up we can remove this kadai from gas.
  • Now brinjal mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
