- Brinjal(chopped into small pieces) -
- Onion(cut into small pieces) -
- Green chilly - 4
- Coconut oil - 2 tsp

Instructions
- Cut brinjal into pieces
- Cut onion into pieces
- Cut green chilles also.
- Heat a kadai and add 2 spoon oil.
- Put 1cup water and close the kadai with lid and boil for 15 minutes until it is cooked.
- When water is fully dries up we can remove this kadai from gas.
- Now brinjal mezhukkupuratti is ready to serve.
