Jeera; 2 tbs
Onion seed/ kalonji: 2 tbsp
Black mustard seeds: 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds: 2 tbsp
Methi seeds: 1 tbsp
Instructions
Mix all these ingredients and store them in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Shake the jar before each use to make sure the spices are evenly distributed.
