Prawns Fry
This is the most easiest way to cook spicy prawns and it can be done rather quickly as well.This tastes lip smacking with chapati, pao, rice, appams and dosa.

Prawns : 150 gm Garlic : 6 cloves (crushed) Capsicum : 2 tbsp (chopped) Green chillies : 2 nos (chopped) Soy sauce : 1 tsp Chilli powder : 2 tsp Pepper powder : 1 tsp Tomato sauce : 2 tsp Lime juice : 2 tsp Butter : 1 tsp Salt : as reqd Curry leaves : few
Clean and de-vein prawns.2) In a kadai, heat butter. Add garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
Add prawns and fry again. When prawns turns color, add salt, pepper and capsicum. Fry till done.
Add lime juice and mix well.5) Remove from fire.6) In same kadai, add little butter. Add chilli powder, soy sauce and ketchup.
Sprinkle little water, saute and pour the sauce above the prawns and serve hot.
